The modern, characterful and new 5-story building was finished to a very high standard in October 2016. The building is earthquake-resistant and includes a green-lift. The contemporary interior is tastefully embedded into the modern features of the building.

This cozy one bedroom flat fits right in with its monochrome colours and up-to-the-minute furnishings. You enter into a floor hallway, where you’ll find the open-plan kitchen area, which has sleek dark grey cabinets and black marble countertops. The large windows in the living area flood the space with natural light, while the custom made sofa, coffee table, armchair and LCD-TV screen make it the perfect place to kick back and make yourself comfortable. There’s also a plenty of space to spread out, should you need to work. Across the hallway from that is the guest toilet and then through the final door there’s the master bedroom. More simply decorated in black, grey and wood color, this room has a comfortable queen-size bed flanked by matching side tables. The bedroom includes an own modern bathroom with a smart, walk-in shower stall. In addition, the bedroom also has a small balcony where a tiny table and two chairs fit comfortably.
